2015 Donation Policy

Any person or organization requesting a donation must provide a document with their non-profit tax status and the purpose of the donation request.

Your Cake Baker offers 3 types of donations:

1/2 Off Gift Certificates. These have a 6 month expiration and allow bearer to make a purchase at YCB and receive a 50% discount up to a maximum discount of $50. These are given 1 per organization/event.

Purchased Gift Certificates for Non-Profits. These can be issued in any amount. We will discount the cost of these by 50% up to a maximum discount of $50. These are given 1 per organization/event and do not have an expiration date. Follow these examples:

• A $50 gift certificate will cost $25
• A $100 gift certificate will cost $50
• A $150 gift certificate will cost $100

Discount on Cake. YCB will discount the cost of any cake, cupcake or cookie order request by 50% (1/2) up to a maximum discount $150. Follow these examples.

• $100 order will be discounted $50 and sell for $50
• $300 order will be discounted $150 and sell for $150
• $500 order will be discounted a maximum of $150 and sell for $350

These donation standards are meant to give Your Cake Baker the ability to say "yes" to all donation requests from any non-profit in the community.

Any variations to this policy are given in written form. Never verbally.
